Delicious pizza joint near the Georgia Tech campus. It's also a reasonable walk from the Fox Theater if you're in the area for a show. My husband and I ate here before a show at the Fox. There's not a ton of seating but they do have a community table with some seating around the edges. You order at the counter before sitting down and you're food is brought to your table when it's ready. We ordered a Caesar salad to share and 2 individual pizzas. My husband ordered the specialty pizza called BEE Me Up Scotty. He really enjoyed it. I decided to make my own pizza with pepperoni, bacon and caramelized onions. I love when the pepperoni curls up when cooked and the onions added a nice sweetness to the pizza. I devoured it all. The salad was good but nothing special in terms of flavor. But I did enjoy the hard boiled egg. We will definitely come back here again!

The pizza here is consistently good pizza--if you like thin crust, full of flavor, and personal pies--all for a great deal! I came and ordered a pie and vine, where you can get a personal pizza and a bottle of wine for $20. I got the 'not so mellow' whereas my friend got the 'chicken coop deville'. The mushroom pizza I got was the perfect pizza for white sauce lovers as well as mushroom fanatics; the chicken BBQ pizza is a combination that's always a hit, and Atwoods delivered their version so well! I specifically loved the balsamic glaze and goat cheese on my not so mellow. This was the perfect place to catch up with a friend while grabbing a drink and a bite. There's quite a bit of seating inside and out with pretty string lights, so it would be a fun casual date for when the weather permits. The pies are made with a lot of love and care, so it is a wait for the pizza, but the service is as swift as possible for these personalized pies. I can't wait to come back and have their garlic knots again--I forgot to order them this last visit!

College hangout vibe. Small and cozy inside with brick walls. Not a lot of seating and most of it is high top chairs (probably the only negative thing I can say about this place. Being a short girl I despise high top tables). Pizza was wood fired and they had a great selection with some interesting combinations. I got the Not So Mellow and my friend got the Lazy Cat and we split an order of garlic knots. I also ordered a 401 Atwoods Lager which was good but warm (this isn't England, in America we like cold beer). You order at the register and pay and they bring it to you. The service was friendly and the food came out quickly. All in all, a great experience. I recommend.

I visited here on Tuesday evening for dinner and ordered the BEE Me Up Scotty and Not So Mellow to share. The 8" pizzas are the perfect amount of food for one person. Both pizzas were really good - fresh ingredients and good flavor. My favorite was BEE Me UP Scotty because I loved how the hot honey tasted on the pizza. This is a casual spot where you order and pay at the front before sitting anywhere. The service was great because we were offered water cups without having to ask and the pizzas came out quick. The price was very reasonable for the quality and I plan to come back soon to try other specialty pizzas.

Atwood's Pizza is a solid option for a quick, fresh meal near Georgia Tech. The crust is well-done--crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The sauce is light and freshly made, giving the pizza a clean, simple flavor. The toppings are good, though not overly generous, which keeps the pizza from feeling too heavy. The space is small but cozy, making it a convenient spot for a bite near campus. If you're looking for a straightforward, decent pizza without too much fuss, Atwood's is worth a try.

Stopped in on a slow Saturday craving pizza and I must say, pretty solid spot. I ordered the "Bee Me Up Scotty" pie on gf crust bc I 100% believe hot honey honestly belongs on every pie lol. Pizza did not disappoint! I would've loved a crispier crust, but I do know how tricky that is esp with gluten free crusts. Service was great, fast and polite. This pizzeria is nestled on GA Tech's campus, so the vibe definitely gave young, hip, artsy, etc. Lots of tvs playing diff college football games. Also to note, due to location, there's no "on site" parking, however, we parked at the Biltmore's parking deck for a few bucks for an hour or two and walked over. Short walk and hourly parking was super affordable. I'd def return to hangout, watch a game and eat a pie.

I have zero complaints about this place! It's a solid spot to grab some really good pizza. The portion size was perfect, and I genuinely enjoyed the freshness of the ingredients. The pizza wasn't exactly mind-blowing or life-changing, but if you're looking for a cozy place with quality food and a relaxed atmosphere, this is it. What stood out to me was the use of fresh, flavorful toppings paired with a great selection of beer. It's clear they care about what they're serving. The service was also attentive and friendly, adding to the overall experience. While it might not be a destination for a "wow" factor, it's definitely a reliable go-to for a casual meal. If I'm ever in the area again, I'd definitely stop by for another round!

Out of towner here, decided to visit this place while I was in the area of the college after a quick Yelp search. Good pizza, GREAT garlic knots! I am a sucker for garlic knots, generally just have to try them anywhere I see them, and these were definitely garlicky and buttery. So much so that I found myself lopping up the extra garlic and butter with the crusts of our pizzas. Delicious. We had two pizzas in addition to the knots, the Sho Me Your Roni and BEE Me Up Scotty. We went halfsies on each, a great option for two people to get a pair of personals and some garlic knots. Makes for a filling and inexpensive meal. The Sho Me Your Roni was just good, I would have liked more meat ultimately. Now the BEE Me Up Scotty was fantastic! Toppings were generously applied, and the combination of old world style pepperoni with goat cheese and hot honey was very much the... BEE's KNEES. We also like the vibe of this place, it had a very Manhattan feel to it, almost like a pizza parlor in a subway station. Exposed pipes, lots of tile, but somehow a big ass pizza oven got in there. If I were a student, I'd probably spend a lot of time here working down both the pizza and beer menu. But alas, I'm not of college age anymore. Great job Atwoods, keep doing your thing!
